General Home Inspection services

• Our general Home Inspection covers your home from Roof top to the Foundation, Electrical to Plumbing. Each house is unique and each inspection is customized to each house. Individual needs can also be customized so you get what exactly the service you want.

Home Warranty Inspections

• Up to one year you have a builder warranty on your new home. Any issues or problems must be addressed before your warranty runs out. It will be difficult to have your builder correct these issues if you let this time expire. You may not know if there is an issue present. A warranty inspection could save you the headache and cost of discovering a condition after the warranty has expired. If you are having problems getting your builder to correct a problem with your new home, this should be your first step before you seek legal advice.

Well & Water Testing

• We offer a well productivity and water quality testing. Additional testing for undesirable contaminates can be taken depending on your need or concerns.

Radon Test

• Radon gasses are an unseen heath concern. Every house is different in construction and location. Radon levels are different from house to house. Our tests are taken before you buy a house so you are informed if a condition exists.

New Construction

• New construction inspections are performed at the completion of construction, but prior to your final walk through with the Builder, Customer Service Representative, or Superintendent. It is always a good idea to verify that utilities (gas, water, and electric) have been turned on, either by you or the builder depending on the builder’s policy. The inspection should be scheduled a day or two before your final walk through with the builder. This will ensure that most if not all, last minute items have been completed prior to your inspection. At the conclusion of the inspection a complete report will be distributed to you.
